What you will do

Own a requisition load of 8 to 12 open IT roles.
Review AI interview transcripts and scores before any shortlist reaches a client.
Run intake calls with hiring managers and calibrate the scoring rubric with them.
Coach candidates through offer, negotiation, and start date.

What we are looking for

3+ years recruiting technical roles in an agency or RPO setting.
Able to hold a credible conversation about cloud, data, and software roles.
Track record of four or more placements per quarter.
Based in Austin or willing to relocate. Hybrid, three days on site.
