Senior Full Stack Engineer

Build the candidate facing interview experience behind Nova Recruiter, from question generation through video capture and score playback. You will ship to production weekly and sit close to the recruiters who use the product every day.

What you will do

Ship features across a TypeScript, React, and Node stack running on AWS.
Design APIs that turn a job description into a structured interview in about 90 seconds.
Instrument latency and drop off across the candidate interview flow, then fix what the data shows.
Review pull requests and mentor two mid level engineers.

What we are looking for

6+ years building production web applications, including 2+ years of backend ownership.
Strong TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL experience.
Exposure to video or real time media pipelines is a plus.
Able to work from the Austin office three days a week.
