What you will do

Run Kubernetes workloads across three AWS regions with Terraform managed infrastructure.
Define and defend SLOs for call setup time and message delivery.
Lead incident response and publish a blameless postmortem within 48 hours.
Reduce infrastructure cost per interview without giving up reliability.

What we are looking for

3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
Hands on Terraform, Kubernetes, and one major cloud, preferably AWS.
Experience with observability tooling and alert tuning.
Willing to join a shared on call rotation of roughly one week in six.
