What you will do

Provision and manage macOS and Windows endpoints through MDM.
Administer Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace accounts across joiner, mover, and leaver flows.
Resolve tier 1 and tier 2 tickets against a same day response target.
Support quarterly access reviews that feed SOC 2 Type II evidence.

What we are looking for

2+ years in IT support or helpdesk for a distributed company.
Hands on with MDM tooling and an identity provider such as Okta.
Solid networking and hardware troubleshooting fundamentals.
Available in the Chicago office four days a week.
